The American Accountability Foundation reviewed the City of Boston’s online database for violations of the city property codes by properties tied to Sam Slater. In just three properties, AAF found over 125 combined violations.
For example, data from the City of Boston’s RentSmart database shows that there were sanitation requests for “overflowing or un-kept dumpster” and housing complaints for “unsafe dangerous conditions” and “heat – excessive, insufficient.”
Meanwhile, Slater himself lives a life of luxury.
